Kibbutz Eyal

This multi-feature site, located on a hill south of Kibbutz Eyal in central Israel, was excavated by Y.G. Contract Archaeology in 2012. The project was carried out under the auspices of the Hebrew Union College, and directed by archaeologist Gideon Suleimany. Findings included two stone quarries, three terrace walls and a cave containing Ottoman-period artifacts and a tabun oven.
